With its sheer size, H&M are in a great position to better their environmental footprint and tackle their challenges. Although this seems to only exchange one layer of the packages with plastic, it is as they say themselves: "A small step on a long journey".
Swedish studio Note has as a part of an ongoing research project with Klarna designed the Modular Mailbox, transforming it from a static relic to a modular platform for future e-commerce deliveries, returns and shoppable neighborhoods.
