Once basic needs are met, borrowers focus on societal issues. 30 women's groups in Yumbe District of Uganda recently planted trees. Others are finding ways to reduce the need to cut down trees for fires and implement agriculture techniques requiring less water.

Whether it is recycling in Colombia, managing women's savings and loan groups in Uganda, giving out loans in Nepal, dancing for Covid safety protocols in Colombia or educating young women in Liberia, TCP Global partners do it with love and respect and enthusiasm.
