Deliveries are costly and complicated. Yumbe's Woman Member of Parliament, the Honorable Avako, makes free deliveries on her regular trips to her district. Last week she transported 200 Sawyer Water Filters from Kampala to provide clean water to 4600 people in Yumbe.
