Central Cross Country Skiing is pleased to announce athletes qualified for the Central Regional Elite Group (REG) and CXC Dream camps!

REG athletes will have a unique training opportunity this July and participate in a six-day Regional Elite Group Camp under the leadership of both Central Cross Country Skiing and U.S. Ski Team staff. It is a high-level training experience to help high-achieving juniors.

Additionally, the 12-13-year-old athletes who finished in the top 5 on the CXC Youth Cup Divisional Ranking List earned a Dream Camp spot.

CXC's Dream Camp seeks to bring together the top youth athletes in our region to train and receive feedback, educational materials, and a glimpse at the bigger picture of Nordic ski racing. Dream Camp will also shadow parts of the Regional Elite Group (REG) Camp to let younger athletes see what the future may hold.

Both camps will be held on a brand NEW paved roller ski trail of the Mt. Telemark Village trail system and the grounds of the famous Mt. Telemark!

Through the partnership between EnjoyWinter and CXC, matched Swenor rollerskis will be available at CXC events, including the Central Regional Elite Group (REG) camp and the CXC Rollerski Cup race series. The matched fleets will be the Swenor Skate Long and Swenor Alutech Classic with #2 standard wheels—these models work well for master, senior and junior skiers alike.
