• Annual General Meeting – 40^th AGM Draft Minutes

Attendance in person at the Annual General Meeting is welcome but is capped at 100 persons. Please be aware that all voting will be done electronically to meet Rule 20.3 of the AIOH Rules & Statement of Purpose that we clearly and simultaneously communicate with each other, or by proxy.  

All members are encouraged to participate in the virtual AGM but please note that the Rules and Statement of Purpose restricts voting to Full and Fellow (including Retired Full and Fellow) Members in good standing. All eligible members attending in person will be required to bring their smart device for voting. Proxy voting for the AGM will be via the Vero Voting Portal. Members unable to participate in the AGM may nominate a proxy using the Vero AGM portal. Please note that proxy forms must be received by Vero Voting by 4pm AEST on December 5th, 2022.
 
Look for registration instructions from Vero voting the coming days which where you can complete your pre-registrations. 
 
Members are requested to submit any new items of business by November 25^th, 2022 to the Honorary Secretary at Secretary@aioh.org.au
