The Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists Inc. (AIOH) 2022 Council hereby gives notice of the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held HYBRID (VIRTUAL AND FACE-TO-FACE) AGM
4:30pm (AEST) TUESDAY 6th DECEMBER 30th 2022

Vero Voting, an independent voting service, will be the Returning Officer on behalf of the AIOH.
The 2022 Annual Report, 41st  AGM Agenda and the 40^th AGM Draft Minutes are attached below.

Proxy Voting - This will be a virtual AGM using the Vero Voting portal. Members unable to participate in the AGM may nominate a proxy using the Vero AGM Portal. Please note proxy forms must be received by Vero Voting by 4pm (AEDT) 29th November 2021. All members are encouraged to participate in the virtual AGM but please note that the Rules and Statement of Purpose restricts voting to Full and Fellow (including Retired Full and Fellow) Members in good standing.

Vero Voting will be sending you an email to register and check your IT systems so that you can participate in the AGM satisfactorily within a few days of this email. Please note that this AGM will be recorded.
