The Psychology of Diversity course presents:
The Psychology of Diversity course at the Harvard Extension School is pleased to host an evening lecture with Dr. Michael Shermer about the psychology of belief and conspiracy theories.

This is a free event taking place on Thursday, February 24, at 6:30pm Eastern Standard Time (US) and will be open to the public via Zoom. Dr. Mona Sue Weissmark and the Science of Diversity Lab research team will engage with Dr. Shermer during a Q&A following the lecture, and registrants will have the opportunity to submit your questions to Dr. Shermer.

Dr. Michael Shermer is the Founding Publisher of Skeptic magazine, the host of the podcast The Michael Shermer Show, and a Presidential Fellow at Chapman University where he teaches Skepticism 101. For 18 years he was a monthly columnist for Scientific American. He writes a weekly Substack column. He is the author of New York Times bestsellers Why People Believe Weird Things and The Believing Brain, Why Darwin Matters, The Science of Good and Evil, The Moral Arc, Heavens on Earth, and Giving the Devil His Due: Reflections of a Scientific Humanist.
