Falling for fashion, politics or your first anime series

Leaves are changing color and the fall season is officially here—its about time for the first NewsLetter of the semester! Zhixiang Wang captured the runway atmosphere and styles by local designers at Syracuse Fashion Week. Maxwell welcomed Congresswoman Liz Cheney for a conversation about the Jan. 6 committee and her take on civics education. Some SU sophomores are living in untraditional student housing and seven alumni were recognized at the university's Alumni Awards. In sports, women's volleyball has a four-game winning streak and football is ranked in the AP Poll for the first time since 2019. Looking for something to watch during a fall night in? Bundle up, grab some snacks and stream anime show Hunter x Hunter like our reporter Sierra Sulc did.
