“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly.” ― Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King Jr. in a letter from the Birmingham Jail
As we celebrate the New Year in Oklahoma City, we can't ignore the current state of the events across our country and abroad. Join us at our Consortium meeting where we'll discuss how current events can drive change locally, and learn to turn these "taboo topics" into meaningful conversations at work.
We're pleased to welcome Senator George E. Young, Sr., D. Min., a longtime advocate of criminal justice reform, public education, and building a stronger economy in Oklahoma City. Senator Young represents District 48 in the Oklahoma State Senate, and as our speaker, he'll provide insight, resources and tools for Consortium members to stand up for inclusivity in Oklahoma.
This session is ideal for everyone, particularly senior leaders pursuing the goal of creating an inclusive and equitable organization.
