What you see in this list is what will be available this Saturday on display. All seafood is packed in special packaging types which serves several purposes whether it be for safety,shelf life, freezer ready or ready to consume. 
All the portions are dry cut from whole fresh fish by our cutting team from fish we source from selected producers and fishermen. The portions are then packaged into their respective packaging types and labelled. All the work is done here in Botany.

The packaging we use is a combination of vacuum, MAP - modified atmosphere packing and Skin packing. all methods basically remove as much oxygen as possible from the product within the bag. This reduces extensively the deterioration of the protein.
