Mountain Plains MHTTC is kicking off the new year and new semester on January 11th with our College Mental Health Professionals Self-Care series. This intensive series has limited attendance, so sign up now!

Then, join us on January 13th to learn all about our newest toolkit, "Strengthening Resilience: Promoting Positive School Mental Health Among Indigenous Youth,"  which addresses trauma and focuses on culturally responsive practices.
