A celebration of 10 years’ cooperation with and for People with Dementia
EFID is proud to launch a report that illustrates ten years of the EFID's activities in support of a "dementia-friendly and inclusive society".
The report highlights a number of initiatives, key achievements and 7 guiding principles for building inclusive communities.
The EFID journey is characterized  by many cross border encounters, enriching and productive meetings, studies and experiences aiming to make the whole society and in particular the health and social care services inclusive, culturally sensitive, accessible, goal-oriented for all people with dementia.

Happening today: Addressing dementia among people with a migration background – From diagnosis to EU policy actions
ONLINE EVENT - 28th September 2020 2 pm CET 
EFID and European Policy Centre will host a policy dialogue to raise awareness on the importance of creating services and policies that are inclusive and accessible to everybody, including people living with dementia with a migration background.

Open call for Awards 2020: Spreading a legacy for the future

Still 3 weeks left to apply for the call for Awards 2020! This edition is restricted to EFID cohort of awardees (from all previous editions), and aims to identify initiatives that have mobilised the resources in the local community to support people living with dementia during the confinement period.
