What a time to celebrate!
June is a month full of celebrations for me, and I want to celebrate with you! This past weekend I celebrated 16 amazing years married to my handsome husband, and this weekend I will celebrate my birthday! Phew, that’s a lot of celebrations huh? I take each of these days very seriously as they all have significant meaning in my life.
My anniversary is a day that celebrates the time and dedication that has been put into growing a beautiful bond with the love of and in my life. Being on love with someone that sees beyond your flaws, embraces your quirks, and accepts who you are at the core is a special type of feeling that is difficult to explain. The work that I do as a intimacy coach is because I want that feeling for as many people as possible. I want others to know that being themselves and loving themselves makes you worthy of receiving that in return.

My birthday is a reminder of the fighter that I am and that I am supposed to be here. I was born with a heart condition that was no match for the power of my fight to be here! Knowing that I have a purpose here to be a mother to my children, a wife to my husband and caregiver of myself. I know that everything that I have learned over these 40+ years on this Earth is completely on purpose! The work that I do as a life coach is filled with the lessons that life has given me to share.
