Is it just me or has this been an especially windy year? People quantify the year in terms of rainfall or in terms of snowfall but I never hear about cumulative wind amounts. Woooshhhhh.

• Traffic Signal Problems
  Pine St. Northbound vehicles at this intersection turn left onto Flynn when the light is green, even when the pedestrians crosswalk light is on for crossing. This is hazardous for pedestrians, including schoolchildren. There should be a red arrow for left turn when the crosswalk is lit for crossing. (having also been a driver in this situation, it is possible to be starting the left turn before you see that the pedestrian light is on)
