FHS Band Tag Day 2022 - CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS!!
Our biggest fundraiser of the year is quickly approaching and we need your help to make it a success. Tag Day is a door-to-door, supervised, solicitation where students in small groups go into our school community asking for donations to our program. The funds raised are used for band expenses, including instruments, concerts, marching band, and trips. We are lucky to have a very supportive community who welcome our students, and in years past we have raised over $25,000 for the FHS band program.
Please volunteer to be a driver for Tag Day on Saturday, September 10th, from 8:30am - 3 pm (students and drivers arrive at FHS at 8:30am). Parent drivers will transport and supervise students through designated routes. We provide maps and clear guidance. We will try to accommodate requests to drive through specific neighborhoods or with your student. Students will be signing up in groups of 4 or 6 via a sign-in sheet in the band room. Please indicate any preferences in the Tag Day Volunteer Sign Up.
