How's the weather?
  • Summit had a little bit of snow the beginning of the month and some cooler temperatures last week
  • The leaves are changing and bringing beautiful fall colors!
  • Luckily, it looks like we will get a little bit of fall before the snow is here to stay!
Summit County Update:
  • COVID #s as of 9/16/2020
    • 403 total - 289 positive, 114 probable
    • Highest cases in 20-29 age group
  • Summit Schools are back in session
    • Elementary in person 4 days/week and online one day
    • Middle and High School in person 2 days/week and online at home the other 3
    • Or families had the choice of remote learning only
Are you ready for the Ski Season?
The resorts are getting their plans ready. And even though things may change before the resorts open, here is a brief overview of the plan.

Ski Resort Updates: (Click each one for the most up-to-date resort information)

Arapahoe Basin:
  • Limited # of season passes
  • Online only for limited day tickets
  • No Reservations for Pass Holders
  • No Beach access this year
  • Opening mid-October
  • Ikon Pass holders will have a reservation system at A-Basin

Copper Mountain:
  • Parking Reservation System
  • No Ticket or Pass Holder Reservations
  • Opening 11/30/2020
Keystone Resort:
  • Limited # of Day Lift Tickets
  • Reservation System
  • 7 priority days for pass holders
  • Opening 11/6/2020
Breckenridge:
  • Limited # of Day Lift Tickets
  • Reservation System
  • 7 priority days for pass holders
  • Opening 11/13/2020 

Other area Opening Dates:
Vail - November 20th
Beaver Creek - November 25th
How's the Market?
  • The market is Hot!
  • Buyers are taking advantage of these low interest rates!
  • With low days on Market, buyers need to be ready to go when that right property comes along!
