How's the weather?
  • Well, fall is coming to an end!
  • We still have some sunny days, but the cooler temps and wind has made most of the leaves fall
  • We had a brief visit of snow this month, but quickly melted away

How's the Market?
  • The market is HOT!
  • Low inventory and high buyer demand
  • Properties are selling quickly and for higher prices
  • Great Move-up market with low interest rates
  • Over 50% of all homeowners in US have over 50% equity in their home
  • If you are considering a different space for your changing needs through covid (bigger, more yard, extra rooms, etc), this is a great time to start the search
COO Breakfast gave an update on plans for the ski season.
What they all said was that things will be different this year.
The skiing will be great but we definitely need to alter the social expectations of what this season will bring!
  • We need to help the community understand & embrace the fact that it's going to take all of us for the resorts to OPEN & STAY OPEN!  
  • Leading by Example, embracing covid-19 guidelines & restrictions.
  • Re-creation of the guest expectation.
  • The innate qualities of skiing & riding are covid friendly, while apres-ski & socializing/dining/drinking indoors is not.

Ski Resort Updates: (Click each one for the most up-to-date resort information)

Arapahoe Basin:
  • Limited # of season passes
  • Online only for limited day tickets
  • No Reservations for Pass Holders
  • No Beach access this year
  • Opening as soon as Mother Nature will allow!
  • Ikon Pass holders will have a reservation system at A-Basin
  • New RFID technology system for passes
  • New Molly Hogan and Pali lifts

Copper Mountain:
  • Parking Reservation System
  • No Ticket or Pass Holder Reservations
  • Opening 11/30/2020 in order to have more terrrain open before the crowds come
Keystone Resort:
  • Limited # of Day Lift Tickets
  • Reservation System
  • 7 priority days for pass holders
  • Opening 11/6/2020
  • Upgraded snowmaking systems 
  • Night Skiing schedule will come out soon
  • 50th birthday
  • Limited # of Day Lift Tickets
  • Reservation System
  • 7 priority days for pass holders
  • Opening 11/13/2020
  • Still working on parking structure, to be complete in 2021
  • Goal to open all of the lifts and all of the terrain
  • Opening 10/28/2020
  • Keeping your distance, and socializing will be restricted
  • Ski patrol dogs reminded everyone to wear their masks, stay home when sick, and stay safe

Beaver Creek - November 25th
