Good afternoon people,

I hope you haven't worked out today because we have a playlist guaranteed to power through all your push-ups, planks, and walking to and from the kitchen.

Also, last chance to place a sweatshirt/hat preorder which you can do here.
The 100 song guide to a ripped body. We couldn't finish this playlist without doing 300 sit-ups and pushups...WOW. Thank you @austinlehman for the help.

Song of the Week
Figure It Out - Blue DeTiger
"Don't know what you're saying, your flying higher than a plane."

A funky little vibe to it. We think you guys are gonna really love this song. It's a mix between funk, electronic, and pop.

These are our favorite new tracks from the past couple of weeks, click here for a full list of notable releases.

"The Bigger Picture"- Lil Baby: Amidst the recent BLM protests, Lil Baby releases a phenomenal new single. He used his platform and god-given gift to spread awareness regarding a problem that has been occurring for far too long in our justice system.

"Cadillac Drive" - Pink Sweat$: Pink Sweat$ teamed up with Price for a new single, featured on the latest season of HBO's "Insecure." It's an incredibly soothing summer vibe. This is a name to watch. Check out the trippy music video here.

"Rose Rouge" - Jorja Smith: Award-winning British singer, Jorja Smith, released a cover of French jazz musician St Germain's "Rose Rouge." The original track is purely instrumental, but Smith incorporates her rich soul vocals backed by a live band on sax, keys, and drums. If you like jazz - definitely check this track out.
"Friday 13th" - Gorillaz: Gorillaz partnered with French-British rapper and singer Octavian who brings a really unique sound to this track. This song is unexpected and is different from Gorillaz's best-known track "Feel Good Inc." and their other recent music, instead offering woozy energy.
"Savage Love (Laxed- Sired Beat)": Jason Derulo has capitalized on a popular Tik Tok beat and we’re honestly here for it. This song is a bop. The beat was created by Jawsh 685, a high school student from Auckland. Derulo was instantly blasted for not properly crediting Jawsh for his track after he teased his song on TikTok, but has now released the track officially giving Jawsh producing credit.

Mikayla Geier

Who? Another week, another talented artist that we get to introduce you to. Mikayla is a very talented artist and dancer. Currently studying at the Jacobs School of Music, we present you, Mikayla Geier.

Music Type? In the genre of indy pop, her beautiful voice can be heard on her only track out right now called "Deja You" (catchy name isn't it?). She currently has a few songs in the works but is waiting to release them so she can figure out the best distributor.

Inspiration? She loves artists like Tom Misch, Jacob Collier, Daniel Ceaser, and Angele.

Our Take? Mikayla's voice is very similar to Birdy's. If you don't know who that is, she sings the cover of Skinny Love. Apparently, Mikayla has 1 song that's done, 1 song 3/4 the way there, and another 1/2. Check out her song "Deja You" below.
