Craig has tested his recipes all around town and is currently working on refurbishing his food truck and setting up his business so that he can share his scrumptious meals throughout KC. We caught up with him recently to learn more of his story:
How did you start cooking?
I started cooking at a young age, helping my mother who was a single parent, and I grew to love it.
What's your cooking style?
I do homestyle food with a cuisine twist: different flavored wings, cooking with wines and liquor, bbq meatloaf, fried ribs, pasta bakes, shrimp and grits, lots of delicious stuff!
Why do you want to start your own business?
I would like to start my own business for my children so that they will have better life coming up than I had and to have something to pass to them.
How does your family help you with your business and cooking?
My family is a huge support, financially and physically.
