Get rewards for living well 💖

We’re pausing our regularly scheduled content to share a special announcement with you. (Don’t worry, a massage gun issue will hit your inbox tomorrow.)

For those of you who don’t know, we have a free Rewards app. You earn points on every health-related purchase you make, and can redeem those points at your favorite wellness brands, like Sweetgreen or Headspace or Alo Yoga. To name a few.

And now, you can earn points for healthy actions, not just healthy spend.

Our latest feature allows you to share your Apple HealthKit data with the app to get rewarded for health and fitness moves you’re already taking and tracking. That includes your activity, sleep, and mindful minutes.

For new users, you can opt in to this feature during the onboarding process. For existing users, the prompt screen appears when you open the app following the update. Check it out!

If you’re already walking 6,000 steps a day (you’re amazing!), or sleeping for seven hours a night (genuinely love this for you!!), or completing 10 mindful minutes each morning (you should feel proud!), for example, you’ll get points for those, too. So it’s not just what you’re spending money on, it’s how you’re living your life. 🧘 🏃 😴

We’re all about making the health and wellness space more affordable and accessible. This is why we believe it’s especially important to reward people for not just how much money they spend, but for the free things they can do each day to improve their overall wellbeing.

I for one think it’s pretty cool to get rewarded for getting a good night’s sleep. If you’re not sold, sleep on it. And then redeem your points :)
