Seeking Your Award Nominations!

2021-2022
Evergreen PTSA Awards
Has an Evergreen staff member made
a real difference for you or your student?

Do you know a PTSA volunteer
who goes above and beyond?

Let's recognize their dedication and hard work
by honoring them with an award!
Each year, Evergreen Middle School PTSA recognizes volunteers and educators who have given outstanding service to our children and school community by presenting them with honors such as the Golden Acorn, Outstanding Advocate and Outstanding Educator awards. [read descriptions of the types of awards]

Being nominated by peers to receive an award is a huge testament to our volunteers' and educators' contributions, so we invite you to participate in this special tradition by submitting a nomination form.

Staff Appreciation Week: We Need Your Help!

Hello, everyone! Staff Appreciation Week is coming up from May 2—6, and we have some wonderful things planned. The Staff Appreciation Committee budget will be providing some of the items, but we still need your help.

A side view of a long submarine sandwich with three layers of meat, red onion slices, cucumber slices, tomato slices and romaine lettuce on a French baguette. Superimposed over the sandwich are the words, "Sandwich Bar: Tuesday, May 3."

On Tuesday, May 3, we want to treat our amazing EMS staff to a sandwich bar, and on Friday, May 6, home-baked goods. Please sign up to help:

Drop off items at the front office by 10 am on the days of the events. Also, please consider donating your time for setting up and cleaning up—it's always needed and appreciated. In order to do this, you must be an approved LWSD volunteer.

Overlaid on a photograph of a light brown wooden rolling pin are the words "Friday, May 6: Home-Baked Goods."

Thank you very much! This event wouldn't be possible without your help! If you have any questions, please contact Elena Luican at elena@evergreenptsa.org or 773-517-0382.
