Please email specific Othena questions and troubleshooting to the creators of the app — Cura Patient — at support@compositeapps.net.

If you are registered for a vaccine notification, the current plan is for Othena to send an appointment notification in the late morning (around 10am) via email. Then you will have a 4-6 hour window to make an appointment.
