The results from the Short-Term Rental survey have been calculated. There were 1,073 total Lots surveyed. Of that total 205 surveys were returned. There were 141 surveys returned electronically and 64 returned from the Service Corporation meeting. 137 surveys were not in favor of Short-Term rental properties in residential zoned properties. 68 responses were in favor of Short-Term rentals in residential zoned properties.
This information will be included in the discussion at the upcoming Borough Council meeting on Wednesday June 8, 2022. Residents can submit comments to council@indianlakepa.us to be included in the discussion as well.
