Due to COVID concerns the 6:00 p.m. Council Meeting for January 13th, including the precedent 5:00 Finance Committee meeting and the advertised 5:30 Public Hearing, will be held virtually, via Zoom, with limited logins (first-come first served) and a limited Public Comment period for those who do log in.

Public comment is welcomed during the comment period or whenever the host unmutes commenters.  Participants who do not 'announce' themselves by name on Zoom may be disconnected, or simply not recognized/unmuted, in favor of those who do.
