Water Treatment Plant Efforts
The new Water Treatment Plant (WTP) project includes re-connection Well 18B at Wenatchee Park into the system..  Work will start Monday, October 4, at Well #18B with placement of a new water line. They will be coming up through Wenatchee Park beside the existing waterline, and at the intersection of Seneca Path and Cherokee Lane they will be cutting the edge of the road to run the two lines (pump line and distribution line) along/between the road and the existing water line, up to South Shore Trail.

They are planning on doing all the the water tap-ins at one time and later in the timeline. So as long as they don’t break the existing water line, there shouldn’t be any water disturbance yet. There will be a lane restriction and some bottle-necking up Seneca Path and Cherokee Lane during this current effort.  They will have the road still usable, perhaps with some minimal delay when someone needs to get through.

Once they are ready to do the tap-ins, I’ll let everyone know and do another public notification.

Thanks again,
Dean Snyder
