You may be surprised to learn that September and October are the most popular months that people choose to get married in. This trend has led to an increasing amount of requests for prenuptial agreements in our firm in the past few weeks. Waiting until the last minute to engage counsel not only creates unnecessary stress on the couple but also can make it difficult, if not impossible to accomplish one’s goals. Enforcement issues can arise should the document ever be needed.

Massapequa Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot

Each year Joseph Law Group, P.C. and our friends and colleagues at Foley Griffin LLP are proud to organize and sponsor the Massapequa Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot charity event.

The race was founded by both firms in 2010 as a way of giving back to our community and supporting the fight against all blood cancers. The event has turned into a wonderful Thanksgiving morning tradition for nearly 2000 of our friends and neighbors. All proceeds are donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS). In each of the last few years, we have been fortunate to raise more than $30,000 for LLS.
