ORYX – Escape The Isolation Photo Contest

As we enter a period of unprecedented change and uncertainty, we have decided to give you the chance to take your mind off the dreaded COVID and rather focus on something that binds us all – photography! In order to spread inspiration through photography during this time, we would like to present to you our #ORYXescapetheisolation photo contest.

Firstly – the prize…

The winner of this contest will receive a complimentary Snow Leopard Photo Expedition for February 2021! All expenses are paid (terms and conditions apply – please see below).

Secondly – how do you enter?

Each week in April 2020 until 1 May 2020, from Friday until Friday, we will have a photography theme.

You have to post your best isolation image to stand a chance of being selected as the winner; the image needs to conform to the theme (first week's theme is black and white), be taken in you place of isolation (lockdown), and needs to have been captured between 3 April 2020 and 23h59 on 1 May 2020 (GMT+2).

When you post on Instagram, you tag us (@oryxphotography) and use the hashtag #ORYXletsdream and #ORYXescapetheisolation. Make sure you are also following our page, and that’s it!

After 4 weeks (each week a new theme), our judges will review all entries and select a winner based on their expert photographic knowledge. The judges will be our very own Marius Coetzee, Kirsten Frost and Penny Robartes.

Please note that ORYX Photo Tours reserves the right to share the images you post. For a full list of terms and conditions, please click here.

Let's keep inspiring each other, and remember to keep dreaming!
