Things got a little wild at the NFLS office last week!

After weeks of chatter outside her office, Lori decided she'd had enough. She voiced her concern several times but had a hard time proving it wasn't all in her head. Then along came John (and reinforcement) to the rescue!

The source of the unwelcome chatter was this adorable baby raccoon! The little fuzzball was rescued from the ceiling above Lori's desk and has been relocated.

Thank you, John, for confirming Lori wasn't losing her mind! :)

iSchool CE Payment Policy Change

iSchool Continuing Education staff learned this week of changes to its payment policies that will take effect on its online classes that are beginning in September 2019. This policy will apply to all classes with start dates in September 2019 and going forward. This policy does not affect its current summer courses.

Currently, it requires students to pay their course fee by the time the course ends. They are now being asked to require payment upon registration for all courses.

Questions can be emailed to Meredith Lowe and Anna Palmer at The Information School at UW-Madison.
