Updates to NFLS Travel Voucher & Expense Report Forms

The NFLS Expense Report and Travel Voucher forms and process have been updated slightly. The changes are as follows:
  • Effective today, please submit a new form for each event. This will greatly streamline the time it takes to process the forms and cut reimbursement checks.
  • If the reimbursement is for Continuing Education expenses that should be deducted from your library's CE account, please circle/type "Yes" where indicated.
The forms are on the NFLS Travel & Expenses page:

Please use these new forms going forward. If you have a stock of the "old" forms already printed, please note/follow the guidelines above.

Thank You

iSchool CE Payment Policy Change

The iSchool at UW-Madison has been able to advocate for an exception to be made for local government orders. That means that if someone’s municipality is paying for a course and they are not able to use a credit card upon registration (and time is too short for them to pay by check), they can still put in an order and be invoiced. If that’s the situation, they should contact Meredith Lowe or Anna Palmer directly for help. If you run into this or any other registration questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Meredith or Anna.
