COVID-19 Resources and Free Training on Legal Services in Libraries
The REALM project recently released a range of resources to support your library as you seek to resume services to your community while dealing with the coronavirus pandemic. View a WebJunction-hosted webinar recording on caring for collections and resources during COVID-19, explore toolkit resources that provide visual interpretation of the project findings, and review the latest test results on fabrics and leather book covering.
Please check the NEWI list of free webinars to find online continuing education opportunities you can attend from where you are, whether in the library or working from home. Most sessions are 60 minutes long, and are provided – at no charge to you – by associations, agencies, companies, and library systems. Here’s a spotlight on topics that may be of most interest to you.
The 2020 Fall WLA Newsletter has articles pertaining to two of our libraries: Menominee Public Library and Door County Library. Be sure to take a look.
If your library would like to be featured in the 2020 Winter WLA Newsletter, please submit news, ideas, updates, and stories to editor Colleen Hallfrisch at email@example.com by November 30, 2020.
