New Library Directors at three NFLS member libraries


New Library Directors were appointed at Farnsworth (Oconto), Oconto Falls, and Marinette libraries.

""Amy Peterson left her position at Oconto Falls Community Library to become the new director for the Farnsworth Public Library in Oconto.


""Joan Denis is filling in as Interim Library Director at the Oconto Falls Community Library while the library board searches for a new director. Joan was also the long-time library director before Amy filled the position.

""Karin Adams' last day as Director for the Marinette County Consolidated Public Library Service will be next week. Amy Commers will step in as Interim Library Director while the library searches for a new director.

WLA seeks candidates for 2023 leadership positions


""The Wisconsin Library Association (WLA) is accepting nominations for the WLA ballot through Friday, September 16. All of the positions below are without a candidate as of the date of this communication.
