Small Library Strategic Planning Cohorts: 2019 Results, 2020 Recap, & 2021 Spots Available
An invigorating and inspiring capstone meeting closed out the 2020 Small Library Strategic Planning Cohort -- a process that started (and then stopped and then started again) back in the spring of 2020. Six communities participated in the cohort, maintaining good humor and flexibility throughout a challenging period.
Each plan is different and unique to the library and community, but there were some overlapping or common strategic goal areas among the cohort libraries:
