To all our presenters, academic committee members and others interested in STS,

Registrations are now open for the AusSTS workshop, to be held on July 7-10 at Charles Darwin University, Darwin and hosted by TopEndSTS
We are excited to host this diverse cohort of HDR students, ECRs and senior scholars and are looking forward to the contribution you will bring to the meeting. We are particularly thrilled for you to experience our home in the Top End of Australia.
Registration costs for the full 3 day program are: $150 salaried or with institutional funding support; and $50 unsalaried or without institutional funding support. Registrations are now open:
Travel bursary applications for accepted participants are still being processed. We aim to have these confirmed by the end of March at the latest. We appreciate your patience.
We have a number of accommodation options listed on our website: We encourage you to get in quick with booking your flights and accommodation, as prices will rise.

The event will happen during the Dry Season in Darwin in July, which is busy tourist time (because the weather is delightful!) Why not think about extending your trip and seeing more of Darwin or hire a car and visit one of the national parks close by (Kakadu, Nitmiluk or Litchfield)? We will be sending through more suggestions for post conference activities soon.

More information is available on our website, which will be regularly updated.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We are so looking forward to welcoming you to Darwin in July.
Warm regards,

The TopEndSTS organising committee for the AusSTS workshop, 2020
