The business formerly known as Skin+Touch Therapy Spa has made some recent big changes. They have a new name, Collage Spa, and a new location in Downtown Fredericksburg, 804 Charles Street. On this week’s edition, Bill talks with Brian Lam, the owner of Collage Spa.  Brian describes what you can expect when you visit Collage Spa and also talks about the history of the building, which dates back to 1866 albeit in a different location.  For more information about Collage Spa, visit collagespa.com.
