Bill talks with Dr. Tim  Hughes, who is the unofficial Tulip Guy of Lower Caroline Street in downtown Fredericksburg.  Tim and his helpers have planted thousands of tulip bulbs along Lower Caroline Street and Washington Avenue.  Take some time this Spring to walk through the 200 to 400 blocks of Caroline Street and along the always beautiful Washington Avenue.  Also, Operation Tulip Drop will be held at James Monroe High School on April 10, offering people a chance to purchase their own tulips and support a great cause.
