Expanded sidewalk seating areas to remain through Phase 2

The City of Fredericksburg plans to continue a pilot program to close off some downtown parking spaces to allow for larger sidewalk seating areas until the end of Phase 2 of Gov. Ralph Northam’s “Forward Virginia” reopening plan.
