The 5,000-seat multi-purpose stadium next to the Fredericksburg Expo Center is officially under construction -- one of several projects now under way at Celebrate Virginia South.
Significant progress has been made on the One Hanover project at the intersection of Sophia and Hanover streets in downtown Fredericksburg, father-son team Tommy and Hunter Mitchell said Tuesday.
