Downtown Fredericksburg has a new ice cream option that is now open at 607 William St.in Liberty Place. Blue Cow Ice Cream has a great way to help you make your choice for favorite flavor with a sample taste or by ordering a "flight" of four smaller portions. Owner Jason Kiser gives us a tour, describes the ice-cream production process and makes us a fresh waffle cone.  For more information, check out BlueCowIceCream.com or @bluecowicecream on Facebook.
