In this episode of "Freehling Finds," Bill talks with Charlie Russell, executive director of SAWS Virginia, about the work they are doing to provide freedom to low-income, permanently disabled individuals through the construction of wheelchair ramps to the exterior of their homes. SAWS is currently located in the old Roxbury Farm & Garden Center property, where a volunteer workforce builds ramps and then does installations on-site.
