Hey, Stud!  Happy Pride!

Ever white-knuckled your way through a night of wanting ice cream, miserable in your quest to reach your 6-pack?


Ever over-indulged on ice cream, and felt guilty about it afterwards? 


Well, I’ve done both. 


Last month, by accident I discovered a solution that has rocked my boat. 


It’s allowed me to put a large volume of dessert into my mouth (which matters a lot to me, since I can’t tolerate nibbling). At the same time, it clocks in at less than 6 grams of fat, compared to the same volume of real ice cream at 24 or more grams of fat!


Here it be: 


An 8-ounce tub of fat free cool whip, with cacao powder and sprinkles.    (Just three ingredients. I get the cool whip and sprinkles from my neighborhood grocery, and the cacao powder from Trader Joe’s.)

    To prepare:

    Take cool whip STRAIGHT from freezer to a mixing bowl, scooping everything inside. 

    Sprinkle 3-5 tablespoons of cacao power into the bowl, mash into the cool whip  with a sturdy spoon and elbow grease. 

    Add sprinkles to complete the illusion of ice cream.
