I highly recommend you click the link above, but if you really don't have the time right now, here are some very abbreviated instructions:
  • While lying on your back, gently but firmly squeeze your butt cheeks.
  • Pull your shoulder blades down and back and push them towards your hips 1-2 inches.
  • There should be a slight arch in your back, and if you extend your arms in front of you while lying down, the elbows should be closer to nipple height than collarbone height. Carry on with your weightlifting as usual from here.
