As you may've already learned from me, lifting weights slowly and with great intention has the power to transform your body. 

This week’s life-changing exercise is a traditional step up, with a few simple modifications. It can be done without a gym. I could bust it out using just the first step on a staircase, and the floor beneath it, while I'm out at the beach house.
