It is with great excitement that Community Corporation of Santa Monica invites you to a virtual groundbreaking ceremony to commemorate the beginning of construction at 1819 Pico -- which will soon be home to our latest affordable housing property. This site will provide much-needed affordable housing to Santa Monica families and will include a small business marketplace and cafe.
