Projects Overview 

Needs Assessment study of Anganwadi Centres in Odisha

Anganwadi Centres in Odisha.  supervisors at selected AWWs/Sahayikas/ICDSto conduct a Training Needs Assessment (TNA) study among the Sesame Workshop India (SWI) Outline India will be partnering with

The study will aim to understand the training needs of the AWWs/Sahayikas and ICDS Supervisors and to explore the factors which may impact/influence the quality of early childhood education at these Anganwadi Centres.

The impact of using AI-based solutions on TB diagnosis care cascade in India.

Outline India is partnering with the Indian School of Business (ISB) yet again to conduct surveys with Informal Provides.

We seek to understand the attitudes, knowledge, awareness and usage of artificial intelligence in Tuberculosis diagnosis.

The survey would focus on the following: 
➔ Attitude and Knowledge towards the use of AI for TB diagnosis.
➔ Awareness of how AI is helping to make TB diagnosis quicker and more efficient
➔ The level of usage of AI (if any) by these IPs for diagnosing TB in their patients
➔ Capacity for using AI methods for diagnosing TB

Socio-economic and Environmental Outcomes of Organic Cotton Farm Initiatives in Madhya Pradesh

Outline India is partnering with American Institutes for Research and Laudes Foundation (erstwhile C&A Foundation) to conduct a follow-up study on the socio-economic and environmental outcomes of organic cotton farm initiatives.

The study primarily focuses on helping smallholder cotton farmers improve their livelihood through organic cotton cultivation. 
Laudes Foundation works with cotton farmers in Madhya Pradesh through its partner organizations- Action for Social Advancement (ASA), Aga Khan Foundation (AKF), and World-Wide Fund for Nature (WWF).

Outline India as a part of this study will conduct quantitative surveys farmerwhich will include a soil testing component as well. KIIs and FGDs will be conducted with various other stakeholders like Farmer Producer Companies, Implementing Partner staff, Mandi Players, etc.
OI has been heavily involved in reviewing quantitative, qualitative and supply chain mapping tools, preparing training material, conducting training, monitoring fieldwork for the pilot and pretest and submitting a detailed pilot report. 

To understand the impact of the COVID-response interventions of STiR programs.
Outline India will be conducting a remote data collection exercise and conducting online ( telephonic) quantitative surveys along with qualitative interviews (KIIs and FGDs) for a study that aims to understand the impact of the COVID-response interventions of STiR programs. The study is to be conducted with district officials, teachers and headteachers.

The sample size for the quantitative survey is approximately 4000 out of which 300 will be randomly selected for the telephonic interview. Along with this  FGD’s and KII will be conducted as well.

Stakeholder Engagement
Outline India was invited to be a panellist for the summit on Mental Health of Children & Families. 
The aim was to exchange learnings, perspectives and recommendations that can help aid the mental health of children and families, and understand the support and investment if needed.   

Outline India was the panellist for the session on  "Exchange of research learning & perspectives to aid the mental health of children and families".
Outline India is collaborating with Plaksha University and students of the Technology Leaders Program (TLP) for their capstone projects.

We are engaging with the students and helping them hone their research and analysis skills. 
Survey Series V 

This survey is undertaken to broadly understand the experiences and the flexibility of employment for the employees who are involved in various sectors.
This research aims to study and understand how these alterations have affected an individual's lives as we shuttle between in-person, hybrid, and remote work modules.

CSR: Impact Assesment

Outline India has conducted and supported impact assessments for CSR agencies such as H&M Conscious Foundation, Metlife Foundation, et al.
