The Watford Portuguese Association's hosted a Summer Party in June. There were various stalls, the Healthy Hub, live entertainment, and delicious Portuguese food stalls. We met some fantastic people and other Ethnically Diverse Community Groups too!
It was a brilliant and successful event and was lovely to see such a great turnout, as well as the Ethnically Diverse Communities coming together to work in partnership.
Thank you to chair Ana for the invite and for hosting such a wonderful event!

The Borehamwood Islamic Society hosted their Eid in the Park celebration day at the beginning of July.
It was a huge success with hundreds of people in the community coming along to celebrate, with food and drink stalls as well as bouncy castles and activities for the children.
Herts Fire service and other local organisations also had a great presence with lots of community engagement.
The CRED Team continues to work with Amir Choudhury chairman of BIS and Hertsmere Borough Council in partnership by supporting events, finding funding for new classes/groups and providing information and support.
Thank you for inviting us to an incredible day!

The Society of Caribbean and Africans based in Broxbourne held a fantastic event - the Celebrating our Community Event.
Hosted by SOCA's chair Patsy Spears, the event was opened by Patsy and the Broxbourne Mayor Paul Seeby.
There was live entertainment, a fun fair, police engagement, the wellbeing team as well as other Ethnic Diverse groups working collaboratively with guests Broxbourne Muslim Association and The Ukrainian Group.
Another brilliant and well-attended event to be invited to, thank you!
Stevenage Day

Stevenage Borough Council hosted Stevenage Day to celebrate the community.
They had a South Asian dance workshop, live perfomances, stalls, food and attractions among many other things. It was an incredible day bringing the communities together jam-packed with fun.
