The Nclude by Global Ventures fund in Egypt is our latest initiative to support financial inclusion across the 110+ million Egyptian population. This fund, incubated and spun off by our incredible team and named Nclude by Global Ventures, has the backing of Banque Misr, the National Bank of Egypt and Banque du Caire, as well as the experience and leadership of Basil and Eslam, who are dedicated to pushing Egypt’s financial inclusion mandate and investing in the incredible opportunities the country’s founders are building.
At a first close of $85 million, the fund will invest in Egyptian fintech and fintech-enabled companies as well as fintechs across the region that are serving the Egyptian market. The fund is excited to announce its first four investments, which are Khazna, Paymob, Mozare3, and Lucky.
Global Ventures is thrilled to have been able to leverage the ecosystem's growth across the region, and build and spin out a new entity, exemplifying the increasing maturity of our ecosystem!
