Another Way to Advertise for Entry-Level Jobs through the Resource of CMAA National
CMAA members have identified the recruitment of employees as a top challenge. CMAA wants to help... with this inclusive, no-cost member benefit. CMAA has a job board aimed at filling entry-level, hourly wage jobs.
This job board—Entry-Level Opportunities—posts jobs by state and then by club, making it easy to navigate. The form lists information about the club and then the specific job. Applicants would contact you by the email provided in the listing. Anyone looking for a job can access the listing.
You may list as many jobs as you like. Ads run for six weeks and can be renewed. Job types include full-time, part-time, seasonal, and holiday positions, all at no cost to the listing club.
CMAA will advertise the job board through social media and other communications to get the word out that clubs are a great place to work.

Satomi Swayne is a senior at Washington State University in the School of Hospitality Business Management. With an expected graduation date of this coming month, we wish you congratulations! Satomi is headed to Great Wolf Lodge after graduation, but has interest in the Club industry. Welcome to the Evergreen Chapter, Satomi!

Managing Director's Report
The Evergreen Chapter will release instructions on Friday, May 5th with new language for beverage service as it relates to pools in our Clubs. The Washington State Hospitality Association created a document in conjunction with the Evergreen Chapter and the Department of Health to govern how Clubs are viewed for 2023. New code/language will be written for 2024 and beyond over the coming months and you will have representation on that governmental committee to protect our best interests. General Managers will be corresponded when the final draft and instructions are released this coming Wednesday. There will be a simple form to fill out to ensure that our clubs are able to continue beverage service at our pools!
There are dates to be aware of on the horizon! More details will be released soon and our events page will be updated. In the meantime, mark your calendars!
