Project Profile: Fun, Free Movement Classes

BVCAC member Monica Kapelar originally designed a series of free movement classes for health care providers as a way to give back after the stress of the last three years. This project soon opened to the community in general, as more people heard about it and attended. It surpassed Monica's expectations as the classes brought a variety of people together and created a sense of community.

In the end, this project created new connections and allowed the participants to experience the joy that arises when we all let go and trust ourselves and others. The BVCAC is proud to have supported and funded this worthy creative movement project.
