Hawks on wrong side of last over thriller
The Hawks lost a tight game against Reigate Llamas in a top of the table clash. The Hawks posted a challenging 115-3 in their 16 overs with contributions from Hanslal (14), Wanless (24), Ramgoolam (21*) and Vincent (20*). The Llamas, however, managed to overhaul the target with just three balls remaining.
Rain played havoc with this Saturday's fixtures as all games were lost to morning rain. The forecast is looking better for this coming weekend so we hope to return to a full compliment of reports next week.

President’s Day 2019 - Club Six-A-Side - 25 August
The 2019 President’s Day is a club staple for the August Bank Holiday weekend and this year we have revised the format to broaden the event and encourage more members from across the club to take part. As such, we will be hosting a six-a-side tournament with teams roughly split on ability to make the day enjoyable for all. If your interested in being involved in such a great day, please mark your attendance in the usual way by hitting “attend” on the Teamo event. There will be a £15 charge per person which includes match fee, lunch and dinner. An absolute bargain. Those who don’t want to take part but want to attend can enjoy the rum punch on offer as per normal!
