Survey results
Between March and April, we invited members of all sections to take part in a survey designed by the ECB. Thank you to the 48 members who responded. Firstly, it’s great to see that the majority ranked the club as “good” or “very good” but there’s always room for improvement.
We’ve had some time to analyse the findings and have narrowed the focus to five key areas. Two of these, changing facilities and subscriptions, will be greatly assisted by the new pavilion whilst outdoor nets are a known issue and funding is being sought. Two further areas require a working group to discuss how best to integrate sections and how to improve men’s training. If anyone is interested in being part of these groups, please contact any member of the Executive Committee.
